Keeping a
Dream
Journal
Once you start remembering your dreams, you may want to
consider keeping a dream journal.  If you begin to see a
pattern in the dreams (always in the same place, or the same
symbols keep popping up, or you have the same dream
every Tuesday) then your subconscious is really trying to
get a message across.  These are the points that you must
try to interpret.  What do they mean to you?

That is the real key to interpreting dreams.  What does it
mean to you?  I will give you general meanings of many
symbols elsewhere, but that green teddy bear may mean
something totally different to you than it would to your
neighbor's cousin or me.

This is the main reason why I will not be interpreting your
dreams for you.  I do not know you intimately enough to
know what your symbols mean to you.  It would very easy for
me to misinterpret your dream and send you off on a course
of action that was totally wrong for you and do more harm
than good.  This website is filled with good intentions, only.

In closing, I'd like to suggest that if your dreams become
unnerving and remembering them starts to interfere in any
way with your life, you should consider seeing a
professional therapist.  There may be a repressed trauma
that you must deal with -- please, trust me on this -- I've
been there.

Disclaimer: I do not profess to be
an expert on dreams.  I have no
degree in Psychology or any other
science.  I profess to be a
dreamer -- in every sense of the
word, because I dream and I have
learned to interpret my own
dreams.  I make no promises that
I can interpret your dreams.  I
merely hope to help you learn to
interpret your own dreams.  You
are welcome to learn from my
experiences.
