I am 47 years old and very happily divorced with two (theoretically)
grown sons. Chris is 30 and Pat is 23.
I started writing poetry about fifteen years ago -- after I left my
husband of 15 years. It wasn't long after, that I began writing short
stories and my love of music set me to start writing lyrics.
I have spent the time since my divorce finding out who I am. It has
been a long and sometimes very frightening journey that continues
today.
My poems, lyrics and short stories are a pretty accurate reflection of
my journey and my dreams -- Did I mention that I am a dreamer?
Numero uno dreamer -- just ask my mother, she's been saying it since I
was five.
What's wrong with dreaming? Maybe I wouldn't spend so much time in
my fantasyland if the real world didn't hurt so much.

I have no wish for you to know who I am. My hope is that by seeing
me that maybe you will find the strength and courage to look inside
yourself and get to know you. Or maybe a glimpse into my soul will
allow you to see yourself or someone you know from a new
perspective.
I actually feel that publishing on the Internet is a good way to retain
my anonymity. The fact is that 99% of you will never meet me and
those 1% that do know me (or think they do) and (hopefully) love me,
maybe you will see me in a different light and love me even more (I
told you I was a dreamer.)
